The rooms are air-conditioned and the stuff are helpful. Very central location. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Hungry Hunter, set within 5 minutes walk or so

St volodymyr's cathedral was within easy reach. The place was FANTASTIC, we really enjoyed it. Just walking distance from Chachapuri Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Would recommend to others.
